Apoptosis and methods of identification

In recent years, the literature distinguishes between two types of cell death. They are: accidental cell death, which is defined as necrosis and programmed cell death (PCD called), called apoptosis. In some situations, such as in many pathological conditions, both types of cell death may coexist. It is important to determine which type of cell death predominates in a particular disease, because it is one of the ways to find and apply the proper treatment. For identification of apoptotic and necrotic cells in the test cell population, a large number of methods.
