Auxin signaling processes are the mechanism for the communication of information about resources , conditions and gradients of environmental factors to the morphogenetic information system coordinating the growth and development of a multicellular organism plants in the expression of developmental genetic programs . The communication system controlled by auxin at different levels of organization of the plant body is conditioned by the polarity of structural cells ( especially in the meristematic tissue ) , which allows transport of the phytohormone bazypetalny . Almost every week brings further progress in the study of molecular processes of perception and transduction of auxin signal system at the cellular and subcellular levels . Despite these extensive studies are still seen little progress knowledge of the processes involving auxin levels integrate mobile and ponadkomórkowe . To be discussed in this paper I chose a small group of publications on the molecular level regulation of auxin , as they are fairly widely discussed in the review articles of world literature , including the Polish authors. Instead, attention focused on a system of self-monitoring of auxin in the process of their own transport. In this aspect also presents the conclusions and some results obtained in the Department of Forest Botany Agricultural University at the time ended a few years ago , continued for many years to the study of polar auxin transport in segments tree trunks covering only a single axial zone of the plurality of cells kambialnej . It gave me a chance to make some suggestions for further research towards the knowledge of molecular mechanism controlling the oscillating expression of the polarity of auxin transport as a basis for the creation and propagation in the system ponadkomórkowem discovered earlier waves of auxin .
