This paper presents the responses of different cell types in the sculpture of the substrate and its chemical properties and mechanisms of cell contact guidance. Physical and chemical properties influence the morphology of the substrate, the direction of cell migration, cytoskeletal reorganization, activation of gene expression changes and proteins involved in signal transduction in the cell. The use of clinical materials that specific sculpture substrate as scaffolding for the newly forming tissue can have a significant impact on the properties and the construction of tissue structures resulting from the regeneration process.
