High and low molecular weight acid phosphatase male reproductive system

Indicated on a variety of molecular forms of acid phosphatases present in the tissues and fluids of the male reproductive system. Stressed glycoprotein nature of enzymes, which differ in the number and structure of the oligosaccharide units, determining their microheterogeneity and molecular properties. A special role was given to the group of protein tyrosine phosphatases and their diagnostic significance in the pathophysiology of additional gonads. Based on the study, acid phosphatase characterized boar reproductive system.
